Las Seis Orillas
An editorial atlas of Mediterranean food told through maps, recipes and photography.
Las Seis Orillas is my 2024 BAU final degree project: a research-led publication that explores Mediterranean food beyond the idea of a single, homogeneous cuisine. Through maps, recipes, ingredient histories and original photography, the book places different culinary traditions within their geographic and cultural context and uses cartography as a way to give each cuisine its own place within the Mediterranean.

A printed publication combining research, cartography, recipes and original photography into a visual journey across six Mediterranean shores.
